Qualification: MBA(HR)/MHRM/MSW/ M. Com (HR)Experience: 3-4 Years (Preferably IT industry)Location: VadodaraTimings: 10 AM- 7:30 Pm (5 days working)Responsibilities: Provide personnel policy and procedure guidance to employees and management. Administer Employee on-boarding and orientation. Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; Responsible to attend to disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development. Develop and maintain talent management processes. Maintain employee personnel records. Assist with constructive and timely performance evaluations. Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary.
