Grievance handling: Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise within a deadline.8. Employee Engagement : Organizing all the team building activities that happen on a monthly, quarterly annual basis.Employee relations : Build a strong bond with employees and yet ensure the organization core values are followed at every stage.9.
