The position requires someone who understands technology solutions and can engage confidently with customers, partners, and decision-makers.The ideal candidate will come from AV, Broadcast, IT Hardware, Media Technology, or related technology-driven industries and should be capable of driving business through both new and existing accounts.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESIdentify and develop new business opportunities and qualified leadsWork across AV, Broadcast, Media & Entertainment, Education, Healthcare, Manufacturing, House of Worship, Gaming, and Production segmentsConduct product presentations, demonstrations, and partner training sessionsUnderstand customer requirements and recommend suitable technology solutionsBuild and manage relationships with resellers, channel partners, and end customersCollaborate with regional partners to improve market reach and product visibilityParticipate in demos, exhibitions, and partner engagement activitiesMonitor competitors, market trends, and business opportunitiesMaintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and regular reportingCANDIDATE PROFILE1-4 years of experience in B2B Tech Sales or Business DevelopmentPrior exposure to AV, Broadcast, IT Hardware, or Technology products preferredStrong communication and presentation skillsAbility to understand and explain technical solutionsProficiency in MS Office and basic business toolsExperience in handling senior clients and channel partnersSelf-driven, target-oriented, and independent working styleWillingness to travel extensively across Eastern IndiaEducation: B.Sc / Engineering / IT / Electronics / Computer Science / Visual Communication or related technical background preferred.
