- Make outbound calls to potential customers: Reach out to potential customers in international markets through phone calls to promote products or services.- Communicate product information and answer customer queries: Provide detailed information about products and services offered by the company and address any questions or concerns the customer may have.- Generate leads and set up appointments: Identify and qualify potential leads for the sales team, and schedule appointments for further discussion or demonstration of products.- Maintain call records and update customer information: Keep detailed records of all calls made, including customer interactions and feedback, and ensure customer details are up to date in the database.Required Skills and Expectations:- Excellent communication skills: Ability to clearly and effectively communicate over the phone with international customers.- Strong sales skills: Experience or aptitude for sales, with the ability to pitch products and close deals.- Good listening skills: Ability to attentively listen to customer queries and address them effectively.- Basic computer skills: Proficiency in using computer applications for maintaining call records and updating customer information.- Willingness to work in a target-driven environment: Ability to work towards set targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
