We are looking for a BPO Executive in Kanpur, India, who will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support. This role is suitable for freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:

4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to share information and improve service delivery.
5. Performance Improvement: Meet or exceed performance metrics, such as call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates, while consistently seeking ways to improve personal and team performance.
