A background in M.C.A, M.B.A/PGDM, or M.Com is preferable. You should have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, ideally in a field role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with proven negotiation abilities. We expect you to be self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for achieving sales goals. Proficiency in using CRM software will be an advantage.
