Shyam Placement Services is growing fast across Gujarat - and we need a dedicated Business Development Executive (Freelance) to grow with us.

This is a work-from-home, commission-based role for someone who can give focused, dedicated hours during the day - and build a real monthly income doing it.

✅ A student with free hours during the day

✅ A housewife ready to build your own income

✅ A freelancer who is genuinely free between 9 AM and 6 PM

🕒 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬: 9 AM - 6 PM (Dedicated Time Required)

💰 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐥𝐲 𝐄𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠: ₹15,000 - ₹35,000 (Commission Based)

📋 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

✅ Identify and reach out to companies looking to hire staff

✅ Explain Shyam Placement Services to business owners and HR managers

✅ Build and follow up with a strong pipeline of interested companies

✅ Coordinate with our internal team to submit client requirements

✅ Support in getting client agreements signed and documented

✅ Share regular updates with the team on daily progress

🔑 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:

✅ Clear and confident communication with business owners and HR professionals

✅ Good networking ability - using your local contacts effectively

✅ Self-motivated and able to work independently without daily supervision

✅ Basic use of WhatsApp, phone calls, and email for business communication

✅ Honest, reliable, and serious about building consistent monthly income
