Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager with 2 to 5 years of experience. This full-time role is based in our office on Nana Mava Road, Rajkot. You will play a crucial role in expanding our business and building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

- **Identifying New Opportunities**: Research and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and potential clients that align with our goals.

- **Building Relationships**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients to understand their needs and how our services can meet them.

- **Creating Proposals**: Prepare detailed proposals and presentations to showcase our offerings, demonstrating the value and benefits to potential clients.

- **Negotiating Deals**: Lead negotiations with clients to finalize contracts, ensuring agreements are beneficial for both parties and aligned with company objectives.

- **Collaborating with Teams**: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to business development.

Required skills include strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze data and trends critically. Candidates should have proven experience in sales or business development and demonstrate strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. A post-graduate degree is necessary for this position. Successful candidates will be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and possess a drive to achieve results while adapting to changing market conditions.
