Provide excellent customer service, answering client inquiries and working closely with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions from pre-sales to sales processes. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Consistently follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales funnel. Cultivate trust, communicate effectively, drive results, encourage innovation, prioritize customer needs, collaborate with team members, creatively solve problems, and uphold high integrity.Qualifications/Skills: Bachelors degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field is preferred. A minimum of one year of demonstrated experience as a telesales or telecalling executive in the real estate, insurance, or related sectors. Outstanding communication and convincing skills. Proficient in English, Hindi and Marathi.

Role Description: Excellent communication and customer service skills. Should be comfortable to work from Office. Experience in Education/ Training/Sales is a plus. Handles Calls on lead generated. Describe the services and USP of the same and try to generate maximum conversions. Regular follow-ups with potential Students. Overall problem solving for students and co-ordination as necessary. Tabulate and record responses from all channels on excel. Generate relevant reports from the same. Contribute towards revenue generation by counseling and converting students for various Educational firms Pan India through personal counseling, telephone calls and emails and other mode of communication.
