€¢ Assess clients' needs and offer expert advice to help them secure the best property deal under optimal terms.
€¢ Transforming prospects into buyers by presenting suitable primary residential properties that align with their investment needs.
€¢ Provide excellent customer service, answering client inquiries and working closely with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions from pre-sales to sales processes.
€¢ Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
€¢ Consistently follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales funnel.
€¢ Cultivate trust, communicate effectively, drive results, encourage innovation, prioritize customer needs, collaborate with team members, creatively solve problems, and uphold high integrity.
Qualifications/Skills:
€¢ Bachelor€™s degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
€¢ A minimum of one year of demonstrated experience as a telesales or telecalling executive in the real estate, insurance, or related sectors.
€¢ Outstanding communication and convincing skills.
€¢ Proficient in English, Hindi and Marathi.
