The candidate will be responsible for meeting clients, generating new business opportunities, developing relationships with builders, contractors, architects and interior designers, and following up on enquiries and quotations.* Visit clients, builders, contractors, architects and interior designers.* Generate new sales enquiries and business opportunities.* Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.* Prepare and follow up on quotations.* Maintain regular communication with existing and new clients.* Follow up on enquiries and convert them into orders.* Visit project sites when required.* Develop and maintain good relationships with clients.* Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, orders and deliveries.* Maintain daily records of client visits, enquiries and follow-ups.* Achieve sales and business goals assigned by the company.* Good communication and interpersonal skills.* Sales experience, preferably in architectural hardware, real estate, construction, building materials or a related industry.* Basic knowledge of hardware products is preferred.* Comfortable travelling for client meetings and site visits.* Good negotiation and follow-up skills.* Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email and WhatsApp.* Fresher candidates with good communication skills may also be considered.Candidates with experience dealing with builders, contractors, architects, interior designers, dealers or real estate companies will be preferred.Salary25,000 - 30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
