The role involves visiting project sites, local markets, and institutions to identify, attract, and onboard skilled and unskilled manpower as per company requirements.________________________________________Key Responsibilities: Identify manpower requirements from various departments and project sites. Conduct field-level recruitment drives, interviews, and candidate mobilization activities. Source candidates through local networks, labour contractors, employment exchanges, and community references. Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and eligibility criteria. Coordinate interview schedules with HR and project teams. Verify candidate documents such as ID proof, experience, and qualifications before selection. Maintain a database of potential candidates for future requirements. Assist in onboarding, joining formalities, and deployment of selected candidates at project sites. Ensure timely mobilization of manpower to meet project deadlines. Prepare daily and weekly recruitment status reports for HR management. Maintain good relationships with local agencies, vendors, and labour sources to ensure a continuous supply of manpower. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies.________________________________________Key Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
