Roles and Responsibilities:
Handle IT recruitment requirements from US-based clients
Manage the full recruitment cycle: interview, offer, negotiation, and placement of candidates
Source candidates through job portals (Monster, Dice, Career Builder, Yahoo Hot Jobs) and post job openings
Familiarity with US employment terms like W2, C2C, 1099, and US Visas
Work on Contract, Permanent, and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) positions
Coordinate background checks, drug tests, and other formalities for candidates post-placement
Ensure high conversion rates from submittals to interviews and placements
Understand client requirements and develop strategies for sourcing relevant candidates
