Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals and LinkedIn

Screen candidates based on communication, technical skills, and client requirements

Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates regularly

Support the recruitment team in daily hiring activities

Required Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

6 months to 1 year of experience in Recruitment.

Willingness to learn US IT Recruitment and staffing concepts

Familiarity with MS Office and online sourcing platforms is an advantage

Comfortable working in Night Shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field

Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
