Job Purpose:
The Field Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring suitable candidates for various on-site and field-level positions. The role involves visiting project sites, local markets, and institutions to identify, attract, and onboard skilled and unskilled manpower as per company requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify manpower requirements from various departments and project sites.
• Conduct field-level recruitment drives, interviews, and candidate mobilization activities.
• Source candidates through local networks, labour contractors, employment exchanges, and community references.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and eligibility criteria.
• Coordinate interview schedules with HR and project teams.
• Verify candidate documents such as ID proof, experience, and qualifications before selection.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future requirements.
• Assist in onboarding, joining formalities, and deployment of selected candidates at project sites.
• Ensure timely mobilization of manpower to meet project deadlines.
• Prepare daily and weekly recruitment status reports for HR management.
• Maintain good relationships with local agencies, vendors, and labour sources to ensure a continuous supply of manpower.

Key Skills & Competencies:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Field-level recruiting experience and local network building ability.
• Knowledge of labour categories (skilled, semi-skilled, unskilled) and wages.
• Negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Documentation and reporting ability.
• Good understanding of local labour laws and compliance requirements.
• Willingness to travel extensively for recruitment purposes.

Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or any related field.

Experience Required:
• Minimum 2–4 years of field recruitment experience, preferably in construction, facility management, or manpower outsourcing sectors.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
• Number of candidates sourced and onboarded per month.
• Time taken to fill vacant positions.
• Retention rate of field recruits within the first 90 days.
• Compliance with hiring and documentation standards.
• Effectiveness in building and maintaining candidate pipelines.
