We are seeking a Freelance Recruiter to work from home on a part-time basis in Coimbatore. Ideal for freshers with basic computer skills and a flair for data entry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Source and screen potential candidates: You will be responsible for finding suitable candidates for various job openings through online platforms.
2. Conduct interviews: You will conduct initial interviews with potential candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role.
3. Maintain candidate database: You will keep track of all candidate information and update the database regularly for future reference.
4. Coordinate with hiring managers: You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and preferences for each role.
5. Assist in the recruitment process: You will assist in various recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and providing feedback.
