Ensure production is achieved as per the set quality standards, such as purity, moisture content, water ratio, quality-quantity ratio etc.5. Finished products should be stored in designated silos specified on the basis of finished product quality parameters.6. Observe and monitor indicators on the PLC/SCADA computer screen and give necessary commands for smooth production.7. In case, PLC/SCADA indicators are moving beyond the permissible limits, appropriate actions to be taken to ensure machine safety.8. Ensure raw material testing procedure, before starting the production or during production is followed by the QC department as per the SOP.9. Operate PLC/SCADA for loading of the finished products into bulkers using loading bellows as per the requirement of loading & dispatch department.10. Maintain designed MIS reports by entering data on daily & hourly basis as per requirement and posting them in required WhatsApp group.11. Posting production and other activity updates in WhatsApp groups as per requirement.12. Participating in team meetings and giving inputs in findings root cause of any break down suffered during the shift.13. Share observation and inputs for overall plant process improvement
