Addressing any concerns or objections that potential customers may have and providing appropriate responses to overcome these objections.6. Follow-Up: Follow up with prospective customers who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase, nurturing leads through the sales process until a sale is closed.7. Closing Deals: Sales officer successfully close sales and secure agreements. Handle the necessary paperwork and documentation related to closing the deals.8. Sales Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the sales manager. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics with the BDE.9.
