We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate candidate to conduct market research on Low Cost Private Schools in the Indian Subcontinent ( primarily India and Bangladesh). Your responsibilities :Identify challenges faced by LCPS and mitigation strategies-Conduct interviews with LCPS owners, parents and teachers-Summarize articles and reports (From Journals and Consultation companies) available on LCPS in the Subcontinent-Collect data and summarize -Coordinate with supervisor to execute plans-Weekly meetings with other team membersSoft skills :-Strong work ethic and solution oriented-Strong time management and organization skills-Strong verbal and written communication skills in English-Knowledge of vernacular language (Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Telegu) is a plus-Good record keeping skills; knowledge of Zotero, endnote, MS Words is a plusQualifications :- Bachelor's degree (BA or B.Sc) with 2-3 years work experience in field of education OR Masters degree in Sociology or Education with 1 year experience in education OR in Grad schools (PhD) conducting research on sociology or Education.-Experience in searching articles on journals -Good Presentation skills-You live in India-Flexible to travel to different locations in the state or out of state in India to conduct interviews and surveys.We offer flexible working schedules and a competitive remuneration package based on qualification and work experience.
