Responsibilities:Partner with stakeholders across the team to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently.Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports.Proactively analyze marketing campaigns, and data to answer key questions for stakeholders or yourself, with an eye on what drives business performance, and investigate and communicate which areas need improvement in efficiency and productivityCreate and analyze data using campaign management tools like MoEngage, data interpretation and presentation via tools like Power BI, Advance Excel, Power Pivot, etc., with reporting components from multiple data sourcesDefine and implement data acquisition and integration logic, selecting an appropriate combination of methods and tools within the defined technology stack to ensure optimal scalability and performance of the solutionSuggest suitable tools and platforms that will help to analyze data, create dashboards, and share insights statistically and visually.Maintain data quality and ensure data security.Qualification:4-6 years of experience in data analytics and reportingHigh proficiency in Loyalty Analysis, Customer Retention, CLM, Email, WhatsApp, and Push Notifications MarketingExtensive experience with marketing campaign analysis, segmentation, data visualization, and presentation.Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights and create strategies around it
