We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team at a Tally Certified Partner. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers to promote Tally software products and services. As a key part of our sales process, you will play a pivotal role in lead generation and client engagement, helping businesses discover the benefits of Tally software.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote Tally software products and services.Understand customer needs and effectively communicate the features and benefits of Tally software.Generate leads, qualify potential clients, and set up appointments for the sales team.Handle customer inquiries, resolve doubts, and provide accurate information about Tally products and services.Follow up with potential customers who have expressed interest to drive conversions.Maintain and update the database of customer information and interactions.Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation, follow-ups, and sales conversions.Qualifications and Skills:A Bachelors degree in any stream.Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.Basic knowledge of accounting or familiarity with Tally software will be an advantage.Good organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.What We Offer:Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.Training on Tally software and sales techniques.Opportunities for career growth within the organization.A supportive and dynamic work environment.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Head Office for an eligible candidate. Candidate must be residing in or around Mira Road, Bhayandar or Dahisar Candidate will be given database & Script for calling. Make calls to HR Manager/ Marketing Managers/ Purchase Managers of the companies mentioned in database. Generate Prospect/Leads & convert them in to appointment. Follow up on every single lead till meeting/ appointment is fixed Fix up meeting with them by sending calendar invite Supporting Sales Team when necessary.
