 this is a full-time, on-site role located in head office for an eligible candidate.

 candidate must be residing in or around mira road, bhayandar or dahisar

 candidate will be given database & script for calling.

 make calls to hr manager/ marketing managers/ purchase managers of the companies mentioned in database.

 generate prospect/leads & convert them in to appointment.

 follow up on every single lead till meeting/ appointment is fixed

 fix up meeting with them by sending calendar invite

 supporting sales team when necessary.

 preparing weekly report . appointment list / prospect list

 build database by using search skills . linkedin, just dial, google, fundoodata etc..

key skills:-

 fluent command over language . english, hindi, marathi & gujarati

 basic knowledge about data search/data building linkedin, just dial, goggle, fundoodata etc

 good command over english is necessary.

 experience in selling hr services is an added advantage for eligibility criteria
