She will be responsible to track the various details like dispatch of goods of a respective customer as per deadline, KYC tracking, Invoice of goods, LR copy of transport for customer and agent both, etc.6. She has to look after all on time promotions of products through whats app, through call and through text.7. Coordinating with the Management. All goods should be delivered after approval of management which has to be done on time.8. Develop and monitor customer care strategies & formulate policies to solve customer issues on immediate basis.9. To come up with ideas and solution to make the department more effective and productive on a day-to-day level.
