Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Female Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to handle client communication and coordination. This is a back-end, desk-based role involving regular interaction with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and Zoom meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and Zoom
Provide end-to-end customer support and service assistance
Share required data, PDFs, and sample photos with customers
Follow up on order status, delivery timelines, and payments
Schedule customer appointments and meetings
Coordinate internally for smooth service delivery
Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups
Ensure timely responses and a positive customer experience
Working Hours:
9-hour shift (8 working hours + 1-hour break)
Shift options: 9:30 AM6:30 PM or 10:00 AM7:00 PM
Skills & Requirements:
23 years of experience in CRM / client handling
Strong communication skills with confident speaking ability
Hindi mandatory, English preferred
Basic computer skills (Excel, emails, PDFs)
Tech-savvy, organized, proactive, and follow-up driven
