Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate information on products, services, and company policies.
Address and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues when necessary.
Assist customers with order processing, modifications, and tracking.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient order fulfilment.
Communicate and Update technical or product-related problems with respective department.
Maintain detailed customer interaction records and generate reports on customer feedback.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a customer service role.
Proficiency in English communication (both verbal and written) as well as fluency in Hindi and Gujarati
Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a calm demeanour.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree preferred.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
