*Coordinate with the Dispatch team and ensure timely delivery of products with quality output

*Engage Digital Audience through various Online Campaigns - Handle social media - Respond to inquiries, etc

*Look for various mediums of expansion for e-commerce

*Handling customer issues & grievances

*Follow the Order Management Process
