Appointment Reminders: Send appointment reminders to confirmed patients to reduceno-show rates. Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of potential patients,appointments, and interactions in the clinic's CRM system. Performance Targets: Achieve and exceed performance targets related to appointmentbooking and patient engagement. Patient Feedback: Gather feedback and suggestions from potential patients to improveappointment booking processes and services. 1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote Tally software products and services.2. Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team.3. Explain the features and benefits of Tally software to potential customers.4. Handle customer inquiries and provide information about Tally products and services.5. Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest in Tally software.6. Maintain a database of customer information and interactions.7. Meet weekly or monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.
