● appointment reminders: send appointment reminders to confirmed patients to reduce
no-show rates.
● database management: maintain accurate and up-to-date records of potential patients,
appointments, and interactions in the clinic's crm system.
● performance targets: achieve and exceed performance targets related to appointment
booking and patient engagement.
● patient feedback: gather feedback and suggestions from potential patients to improve
appointment booking processes and services.
● training and development: participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on clinic services and communication techniques.
