Provide regular reports to management on delivery timelines, cost analysis, and import efficiency. Collaborate with finance for LC management, payment schedules, and foreign currency transactions. 5. Process Improvement & Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities to reduce import costs, lead times, and risks associated with Chinese imports.
