Inventory Management & Warehouse Maintenance Ensure accurate inventory records and stock reconciliation Implement inventory control systems (FIFO, LIFO, batch tracking where applicable) Conduct periodic physical stock audits and variance analysis Monitor condition of stored goods to prevent damage, pilferage, or loss Maintain warehouse infrastructure including racking systems, flooring, lighting, and equipment Ensure preventive maintenance of handling equipment (forklifts, pallets, etc.) Implement digital/ERP-based inventory tracking systems4.
