1. China Vendor & Supplier Management: Coordinate with China suppliers for order confirmation, production updates, and shipment schedules, and new supplier development. Assist procurement in price negotiations, MOQ discussions, and sourcing strategies. 2. Import Operations & Logistics: Manage end-to-end import operations from CHINA to INDIA, USA,UK,EUROPE Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers. Track shipments, monitor timelines, and proactively resolve delays. Optimize freight and logistics costs via route and mode selection. 3. Customs & Compliance: Ensure compliance with Indian customs regulations, duties, and import documentation. Prepare and verify import documents: commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin. Stay updated on import/export regulations, HS codes, and duty structures specific to two-wheeler accessories. 4. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all imports from China, including shipment status, invoices, and customs clearance. Provide regular reports to management on delivery timelines, cost analysis, and import efficiency. Collaborate with finance for LC management, payment schedules, and foreign currency transactions. 5. Process Improvement & Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities to reduce import costs, lead times, and risks associated with Chinese imports. Suggest process improvements for import operations and vendor coordination. Work closely with the supply chain team to streamline inventory replenishment. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Business, or related field. 3-5 years of experience handling imports from China, preferably in automotive or two-wheeler accessories. Strong understanding of Chinese suppliers, shipping practices, and INCOTERMS. Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office. Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
