Job Role-:- Must have experience in GIS( Gas Insulated Substation).- Ensuring Timely Execution of Projects and Maintaining L2 Schedule accordingly.- Monitor progress and identify potential delays, address them to immediate seniors.- Ensure safety protocols and standards on the project site as per standard prescribed by Management and Client specific.- Ensure proper sorting and storage of materials to minimize waste and improve efficiency.- Preparation of comprehensive Material Verification Reports to document the quality and quantity of materials received.- Preparation of MRR (Material Receipt Records) timely and accurately.- Prepare Joint Measurement Certificates (JMC) sheets to record project measurements accurately.- Submitting JMC to the Client Office and Certification of the same.- Collaborate with client representatives to submit JMCs for approval. Ensure that JMCs are accurately certified and maintained.- Cross verify vendor-submitted JMCs, bills, and invoices.- Certification of Vendor JMCs, Bills, and Invoices, Ensure alignment with project specifications and budget constraints.- Maintaining MIS (Management Information System) as Per Standards to track project performance, costs, and other relevant data.- Generate reports and provide insights to Project Managers/Management..- Coordinate with Project Managers to plan and allocate resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials.- Optimise resource allocation to meet project objectives efficiently.- Ensure Responsibilities as per the FMS sheet.Any other work as assigned by superiors or the management.Experience-: Must have experience of 3-5 Years in related Field( 11kv, 33 kv, 132kv)Qualification-: B tech ElectricalSalary-: 3-4 LPA CTCInterested Candidates can send their Resumes on moonaanant@gmail.comFor more information Contact on 7983276693.Job Type: Full-time, On-sitePay: 20,000.00 - 30,000.00 per monthBenefits:Provident Fund
