This role involves international salesdevelopment, import-export documentation, and client relationship management, withopportunities for global exposure and professional growth.Freshers passionate about global trade are welcome to join through our structured 6-monthinternship program, which offers practical learning and a clear path to a full-time role.Key Responsibilities:1. International Sales & Business DevelopmentIdentify and target potential international clients to expand the companys globalreach.Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve export revenue goals.Build and maintain strong client relationships for sustained business growth.Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to maximize profitability.2. Import-Export OperationsManage complete export-import operations including documentation, shipping, andcustoms clearance.Ensure compliance with international trade laws, Incoterms, and customs regulations.Coordinate with freight forwarders, suppliers, and customs agents to ensure smoothlogistics.Resolve operational issues such as shipment delays or documentation discrepancies.3. Market Research & AnalysisConduct market analysis to identify emerging opportunities and competitor trends.Analyze customer feedback and sales data to refine marketing and sales strategies.Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, export market trends, and operationalefficiency.4. Client Communication & SupportServe as the primary contact for international clients, addressing inquiries andproviding quotations.Offer post-sales support and maintain professional correspondence for alltransactions.Ensure client satisfaction and retention through efficient service and timely updates.5.
