The candidate will coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods across international markets.Key Responsibilities: Handle export documentation including invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, COO, and other customs-related papers. Coordinate with shipping lines, CHA, transporters, and freight forwarders for booking and shipment execution. Track and monitor shipment schedules, ensuring on-time dispatch and delivery. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export policies. Manage logistics costs, freight negotiations, and timely payments. Liaise with buyers and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and updates on shipments. Maintain accurate records of export data, shipping details, and inventory movements. Assist in export-related audits and documentation control.Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Logistics, International Business, or Supply Chain Management. Minimum 15 years of experience in export logistics or shipping coordination. Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS, export procedures, and customs clearance. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems. The logistics executive shall be proficient in export documentation, the appointment of freight forwarders, and Coordination with transporters/freight forwarders. Knowledge of Invoice preparation.

- The main responsibility of an Export and Import Executive is to foresee the movement of goods between the home country and other countries.- Coordination with DGFT, Ice gate Knowledge, Awareness of transportation rate and other coordination.- Coordinating and managing import and export operations to ensure smooth and efficient transactions for our client.- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and buyer.- Coordinate with supplier to ensure quality standards, and timely delivery.- Promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving any shipping-related issues.- Maintain accurate records of import/export transactions, including invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, and customs declarations.

Exporters should seriously consider having the freight forwarder handle the formidable amount of documentation that exporting requires; freight forwarders are specialists in this process. The following documents are commonly used in exporting; which of them are actually used in each case depends on the requirements of both our government and the government of the importing country.

- Freight procurement and negotiation with shipping line, Consolidator and IATA- EXW and DAP shipment costing and communication with Overseas agent- Schedule and Tracking container and cargo with shipping line and Airline- Booking, VGM, Shipping Instruction with shipping line- Filing Form 13, VGM & Shipping bill submission in ODEX and MMD3- Financial process with shipping line and office account team- Prepare Every day DSR report and update to customer- Prepare Shipment Job and Invoice in ERP system

Handle Import shipments from various foreign countries and coordinate with logistics agency and custom agentCoordinate with customer for their order requirements and prepare the required paperworkGood communication skills( English, Gujarati, Hindi)

Key responsibilities: 1. Checking and responding to emails from customers2. Preparation and processing of Import Documentation3. Analyse the documents as per SOPs and take action as needed4. Preparation and Submission of checklist of documents to clients as required.5. Online submission on government portals such as ICEGATE6. Tracking online shipment status as needed.7. Co-ordinating with all branch offices to facilitate and support the day-to-day activities.8. Reporting the daily statement of all clients to his/her seniors.

Must be 5+ years of management experience in sales and be from freight forwarding in the region. Responsible for all sales and business development duties including calling on account to increase revenue and profit. ocean & air freight sales experience highly preferred.
