We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced ImportExport Documentation Executive to manage end-to-end export and import documentation activities. The role involves close coordination with logistics partners, customs authorities, and banks while ensuring full compliance with international trade regulations. Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesPrepare and manage export & import documentation such as Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO, Shipping Bill, BOE, LC, etc.Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHAs, shipping lines, transporters, and customs authoritiesHandle pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation and ensure timely submissionTrack shipments and ensure on-time dispatch and deliveryEnsure compliance with DGFT, Customs, RBI, and FEMA regulationsHandle export incentives and schemes including Duty Drawback, RoDTEP, EPCG, Advance AuthorizationCoordinate with banks for LC negotiation, export bill submission, and realizationMaintain accurate records of foreign remittances, shipping bills, and import/export dataPrepare and update MIS reports related to shipments, documentation, and paymentsHandle import clearance documentation and coordinate with CHA for smooth clearanceIdentify and resolve documentation discrepancies efficientlySupport internal audits and management reporting related to import-export operations Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of importexport documentation and proceduresFamiliarity with INCOTERMS, HS Codes, LC terms, and customs regulationsExperience working on DGFT portal, ICEGATE, EDI systems (preferred)Good coordination, communication, and follow-up skillsProficiency in MS Office and professional email communicationHigh attention to detail with a deadline-driven approach Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience in manufacturing / engineering / export-oriented unitsSound understanding of international logistics and trade complianceAbility to work independently with minimal supervision
