We are looking for an experienced Export Manager to join our fast-growing international business. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of international trade, including developing new export markets, managing existing customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with all regulations and laws. The Export Manager will be expected to have an in-depth knowledge of global trade and a keen eye for detail. They must be highly organized and have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 1. To check supplier documents as per Govt Authority requirements for export & Import.2. To guide to supplier to prepare the documents if any deviation.3. To prepare checklist as per provided documents by supplier with correct HS code as per actual commodity.4. After approval from concern team from supplier, file Shipping bill / Bill of Entry to customs through EDI.5. JD For Export Documentation Profile.Maintain control and ensure regulations to all import and export processes and monitor work according to corporate and local policies and evaluate all new custom requirements and supervise everyday operations according to standard procedures.Assist to obtain all required import permits and export licenses for all processes.Coordinate with marketing and sourcing department to establish an efficient export classification and prepare tariff schedule.Provide an efficient interface with freight forwarders and administer all freight logistics and provide optimal level of customer services and resolve all shipment issues.Perform all record keeping processes and maintain records of all entry.Evaluate all items for import and ensure accuracy in all values and collaborate with customer brokers to provide clearance of all imports and maintain required documents.Perform audit on all import and export files on regular basis.Monitor and provide response to all custom inquiries and requests and obtain required product certifications for all export and import products for custom clearance.Collaborate with various departments and obtain all certification documents and ensure compliance to all import and export policies and perform regular audits on all broker activities.

Proven experience in managing import-export for Russia and CIS countries.Knowledge of chemical and food product industries.Fluency in Russian and English is a must.Strong skills in communication, coordination, and negotiation.Familiarity with international trade laws and remote management tools.
