Job SummaryThe HR Executive is responsible for handling end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and employee engagement activities.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & OnboardingHandle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).Coordinate joining formalities and induction programs.Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports.HR OperationsMaintain employee records, files, and HR databases.Manage attendance, leave, and shift records.Coordinate payroll inputs with accounts/payroll team.Compliance & DocumentationAssist in statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, CLRA, Shops & Establishment).Maintain HR policies, letters, and statutory registers.Handle offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, and exit formalities.Employee RelationsAddress employee queries and grievances.Support performance appraisal processes.Assist in employee engagement and welfare activities.Exit ManagementConduct exit formalities and interviews.Prepare full & final settlement documentation.Maintain exit records.Required Skills & CompetenciesKnowledge of HR operations and labor laws.Strong communication and coordination skills.Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR software.Good organizational and documentation skills.Qualification & ExperienceGraduate / MBA in HR or related field.13 years of experience as HR Executive Experience in manufacturing / consultancy industry preferred.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening resumes, interviewing, and coordinating with department heads.Facilitate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.Maintain and update employee records in the HR management system.Assist in payroll preparation, leave management, and attendance tracking.Handle employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.Organize training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities.Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.Assist in performance appraisal processes.Prepare HR-related reports and maintain HR documentation.Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).Experience: 1- 3 years in an HR role (freshers with relevant internships may be considered).Skills:Strong verbal and written communication skills.Knowledge of HR software and MS Office applications.Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Problem-solving mindset and people-centric approach.

Responsibilities:Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. Assist in addressing employee grievances and promoting positive employee relations within the Shahada office. HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, manage HR documentation (contracts, letters, etc.), and assist with HR-related administrative tasks.Performance Management Support: Assist in the implementation of the performance management process, including tracking goals and facilitating feedback collection.Training and Development Support: Help coordinate training and development programs for employees in Shahada, including logistics and record-keeping.Compensation and Benefits Administration Support: Assist in the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.HR Policy Implementation: Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures within the Shahada office.Compliance with Labor Laws: Stay updated on local labor laws and regulations in Maharashtra and India and assist in ensuring the organization's HR practices comply with these laws.Employee Engagement Activities: Assist in organizing and participating in employee engagement initiatives and events in Shahada.HR Reporting: Prepare basic HR reports and analytics as required.Exit Process: Assist with the offboarding process for departing employees, including conducting exit interviews and managing relevant documentation.Maintaining Confidentiality: Handle all employee information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.Supporting HR Initiatives: Provide support for various HR projects and initiatives as directed by the HR Manager.
