Job Summary
The HR Executive is responsible for handling end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and employee engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
Coordinate joining formalities and induction programs.
Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
HR Operations
Maintain employee records, files, and HR databases.
Manage attendance, leave, and shift records.
Coordinate payroll inputs with accounts/payroll team.
Compliance & Documentation
Assist in statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, CLRA, Shops & Establishment).
Maintain HR policies, letters, and statutory registers.
Handle offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, and exit formalities.
Employee Relations
Address employee queries and grievances.
Support performance appraisal processes.
Assist in employee engagement and welfare activities.
Exit Management
Conduct exit formalities and interviews.
Prepare full & final settlement documentation.
Maintain exit records.
Required Skills & Competencies
Knowledge of HR operations and labor laws.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR software.
Good organizational and documentation skills.
Qualification & Experience
Graduate / MBA in HR or related field.
13 years of experience as HR Executive
Experience in manufacturing / consultancy industry preferred.
