The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a basic understanding of visa processes, and a passion for helping people achieve their international goals.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries from prospects interested in immigration (PR, study, work, visitor visas).Understand clients profiles and suggest suitable immigration options based on eligibility.Explain visa procedures, timelines, fees, and documentation requirements clearly and confidently.Schedule appointments for detailed counseling or further processing with senior consultants.Regularly follow up with leads to ensure high conversion rates.Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions using CRM tools.Keep updated with the latest immigration policies, rules, and country-specific changes.Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets related to call volume, follow-ups, and conversions.Requirements:Education: Bachelors degree in any field.Experience: Minimum 1 year to a maximum of 3 years in tele-counseling, immigration, or client service roles.Skills Required:Excellent spoken and written communication (English mandatory; regional languages are a plus).Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.Basic knowledge of visa and immigration processes (Canada, Australia, UK, USA preferred).Comfortable working with CRM software, MS Office, and call management tools.Target-driven with a customer-first approach.Preferred:Experience in an immigration consultancy or overseas education firm.Familiarity with Canadian and Australian , student visa applications, Tourist & Visitor visa applicationCompensation:Salary: Competitive (based on experience) + Performance-Based Incentives 20000-25000Benefits: Incentives ,Paid Leaves ,Phone reimbursement
