Quotation and Proposal Management Prepare customized quotations with multiple plan options Present proposals to stakeholders (procurement, finance, HR, travel desk) and address technical queries. Manage revisions, approvals, and validity timelines for quotations. Policy Booking and Issuance Collect KYC/company documentation, traveler details, and declarations per compliance requirements. Account Management and Client Servicing Serve as primary point of contact for client travel desks, HR, and finance for policy servicing.
