Attending new inquiries and follow up on the same
Customer correspondence & support: Submitting Quotations & tenders docs, invoice billing & payment follow-up;
Coordination with vendors & logistics for timely order execution;
Smooth processing of all orders till delivery and payments received.
Sales documentation.
Maintenance of files & records.
HP claim submission in HP Partner Portal.
Payment Follow up.
Daily Coordination with Logistics, Purchase, Accounts department.
Provide PAN India service support to customer.
