CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVES (Tele Caller)The primary responsibilities of a Customer Service Executive would be :1- Cold Calling/ Lead Generation/Tele Calling/ Outbound Calls2-Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
