ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Meet weekly/monthly sales targets by developing a marketing strategy as a telesales executive.
Gain a deep understanding of the companys services and find gaps in the customers lives wherein the
companys services fit.
Foster strong relationships with existing and potential customers by honing the telesales executive skills such
as listening, empathy and problem-solving.
Comply with the rules and regulations of the company by providing customer support as a telemarketing
executive.
Convert leads for the company through telephonic conversations
Maintain and monitor the records of all the conversations, be it customer feedback, purchase orders or
queries.
Stick to the sales script and strategy, but also improvise it when needed, within the scope of the telesales
executive job role.
Liaise with the concerned department regarding customer queries and complaints.
