You will play a key role in raising vital funds by making daily calls and ensuring a positive donor experience.Key Responsibilities: Donor Engagement: Make 50+ outbound calls per day to current and potential donors to discuss ongoing projects, share information about the NGO's initiatives, and request donations. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with donors by answering their queries, providing regular updates, and showing appreciation for their contributions. Pitching & Fundraising: Communicate effectively to encourage donors to make one-time or recurring donations by sharing impact stories and how their contributions will help the cause. Database Management: Accurately record donor information and feedback in the CRM system after each call, ensuring the database is kept up to date. Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly fundraising targets as set by the Fundraising Manager. Follow-ups: Conduct follow-up calls and send thank-you messages or emails to donors after receiving donations, enhancing donor retention. Reporting: Prepare and submit daily call and fundraising reports to the Fundraising Manager.
