As a Tele caller - Fundraiser, your primary responsibility will be to engage with existing and potential donors, build relationships, and encourage contributions to support the NGOs various initiatives. You will play a key role in raising vital funds by making daily calls and ensuring a positive donor experience.Key Responsibilities: Donor Engagement: Make 50+ outbound calls per day to current and potential donors to discuss ongoing projects, share information about the NGO's initiatives, and request donations. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with donors by answering their queries, providing regular updates, and showing appreciation for their contributions.
