we are seeking a dynamic and motivated tele caller - fundraiser to join our fundraising team at utkarsh global foundation. as a tele caller - fundraiser, your primary responsibility will be to engage with existing and potential donors, build relationships, and encourage contributions to support the ngos various initiatives. you will play a key role in raising vital funds by making daily calls and ensuring a positive donor experience.

key responsibilities:

donor engagement: make 50+ outbound calls per day to current and potential donors to discuss ongoing projects, share information about the ngo's initiatives, and request donations.

relationship building: develop and maintain strong relationships with donors by answering their queries, providing regular updates, and showing appreciation for their contributions.

pitching & fundraising: communicate effectively to encourage donors to make one-time or recurring donations by sharing impact stories and how their contributions will help the cause.

database management: accurately record donor information and feedback in the crm system after each call, ensuring the database is kept up to date.

target achievement: meet daily, weekly, and monthly fundraising targets as set by the fundraising manager.

follow-ups: conduct follow-up calls and send thank-you messages or emails to donors after receiving donations, enhancing donor retention.

reporting: prepare and submit daily call and fundraising reports to the fundraising manager.

feedback collection: obtain donor feedback to help improve the organizations fundraising approaches and donor engagement strategies.

skills and qualifications:
