Key Responsibilities and DutiesSafety and Security: Conducting pre-flight checks of emergency equipment, ensuring overhead bins are secure, demonstrating safety equipment, and enforcing safety regulations.Emergency Management: Acting as first responders for medical emergencies, managing evacuations, and handling cabin fires or pressurization issues.Customer Service: Greeting passengers, assisting with luggage, serving meals/beverages, handling in-flight sales, and ensuring passenger comfort.Pre/Post-Flight Duties: Attending briefings, cleaning the cabin between flights, checking inventory, and reporting any cabin maintenance issues.Conflict Resolution: Dealing with difficult or inebriated passengers to maintain a safe, calm environment.
