Key Responsibilities:

1. Passenger Assistance: Greet and assist passengers at the airport, providing them with information about flights, check-in procedures, and boarding processes.

2. Check-in Support: Help passengers with the check-in process, ensuring they have the necessary documents and their luggage is properly tagged.

3. Airport Coordination: Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure smooth operations and timely updates regarding flight schedules and gate changes.

4. Customer Service: Address any passenger inquiries or concerns in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive travel experience.

5. Emergency Protocols: Be familiar with and prepared to implement emergency procedures to ensure passenger safety and well-being.
