Key Responsibilities Generate and manage sales leads for sports goods and equipment Develop relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, institutions, and corporate buyers Handle inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order closures Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment Support marketing activities such as exhibitions, trade fairs, dealer meets, and product launches Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online and offline) Conduct market research to track competitors, pricing, and customer trends Maintain sales records, reports, and customer databases Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targetsRequirements & Skills Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 26 years of experience in sales and marketing (sports goods, consumer goods, or manufacturing preferred) Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel for client meetings and market development Basic knowledge of digital marketing and CRM tools Result-oriented and self-motivated approachPreferred Qualifications Experience in B2B sales, dealer/distributor networks, or institutional sales Exposure to export or international markets Interest or background in sports and fitness
