Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient order fulfilment. Communicate and Update technical or product-related problems with respective department. Maintain detailed customer interaction records and generate reports on customer feedback. Qualifications: Proven experience in a customer service role. Proficiency in English communication (both verbal and written) as well as fluency in Hindi and Gujarati Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a calm demeanour. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus. Education and Experience: Bachelors degree preferred. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
